The Chief Joseph design incorporates arrowheads, which symbolize bravery, pointing in the four directions of Mother Earth. Woven in Pendleton's Northwest Mills, the blanket is felt bound and napped. Pendleton has been weaving the Chief Joseph since the 1920's and is one of their oldest designs. Twin 64" x 80".
